Prenatal exercise classes are designed to give you the best and safest workout during pregnancy. Doing prenatal yoga and exercises helps in many ways for pregnant mothers and her baby. According to me the biggest benefit of prenatal yoga is learning to relax, yes free from all the physical and mental stresses. This is going to help you in labor and throughout the pregnancy.

Our focus is on helping improve circulation and reduce back soreness to maintain mother’s strength and muscles. It also helps to maintain your weight. It eases and reduces the pregnancy discomforts. It develops stamina & strengthens your body muscles, pelvic floor area, improves the hormone system, improves immunity, blood circulation, digestion and prepares your body for shortening the labor and recovering quickly after birth.

Emotionally it offers deep relaxation so it helps improve your mental health, reduces stress & anxiety, increases confidence. Besides ensuring mother is active and fit, which in general is good for a healthy mind, this shall likely help with easier delivery due to increased muscle strength, endurance and control of breath.
