What do I have to eat to transfer the best nutrients to my offspring? My body is demanding all unhealthy options - what’s the ideal diet? What food to avoid during pregnancy? Can I lift the weights? Can I travel? Can I exercise? Can I climb up the stairs? .. I am confused about what to do & don'ts during pregnancy because people and google have different answers to all my doubts? What other precautionary measures I can keep in mind in the early stages of my child development? How can we bond with my baby in the womb?

It’s important that parents are aware of how to nurture a child at every stage. These are crucial 9 months and each trimester needs unique care and attention. Each body responds differently to pregnancy so this session will answer all your questions about diet, prenatal exercise, unique problems that one faces and also learn about other people’s experiences to ensure you have all the information one needs.

There are definitely some obvious do’s and don’ts but in reality it varies from person to person. We will learn about all facts on how to best create a healthy bond with your unborn.

Did you know? Pregnancy is a stage where you are more closely influencing your baby physically, mentally and spiritually. Your baby brain must grow at the rate of about 250,000 nerve cells per minute, on average, throughout the course of pregnancy. So don't lead your pregnancy with doubts. I strongly believe Confident mother makes a confident baby, and happy mothers make happy babies.

If you are currently in your early stages of pregnancy at 2+ months and need guidance on how to take best care of your offspring, then you can attend this session. I would highly recommend both husband and wife to attend the session. I am sure after this session you will lead your pregnancy much more confidently.
