If you are currently planning for a baby and having all these questions then this is a right session for you. Male health is also equally important to have a healthy baby. So I would highly recommend both husband and wife to attend the session.

In this session, we broadly discuss the impacts of Nutrition, Modern lifestyle changes on fertility. It’s important we are aware of various ways to increase our chances of conception in correlation with the ovulation and menstrual cycle. But more importantly, making sure we eat right, follow a healthy diet, understand impacts of lifestyle changes and also throwing some light on common infertility problems with solutions to make sure in case we are doing everything right from our side. Each of these elements contribute to a healthy pregnancy in its own way so As parents being informed from the beginning is always the best way forward.

Planning your pregnancy can help you have a healthy baby. Babies who are planned are more likely to be born healthy than babies who aren't planned. The preconception period (3 to 6 months prior to pregnancy) is the time to make life changes that can help boost fertility, reduce problems during pregnancy and assist in recovery from birth.
