Our sessions are designed for women across all stages โ preconception, early pregnancy, mid-pregnancy, third trimester, and new mothers. Partners are also welcome, especially for our Labor Management session.

We offer both online (via video call) and offline sessions. You can choose the format that suits you best. Details are available on WhatsApp when you register.

Absolutely! For the Labor Management session, we strongly recommend both partners attend together. For other sessions, partners are warmly welcome.

A Childbirth Educator (CBE) provides education, support and evidence-based information to help you understand your pregnancy, birth options and postpartum care โ complementing your medical care. We do not replace your doctor or midwife.

Yes! Handouts and follow-up support are provided after every session so you can revisit the information at your own pace.

VBAC stands for Vaginal Birth After Caesarean. It is a completely valid birthing option for many women. Our Labor Management session covers VBAC preparation, informed decision-making, and what to discuss with your care provider.

It depends on your stage and needs. Many parents attend multiple programmes โ starting from Pre-Pregnancy through to Postnatal Care. You can attend individual sessions or a full package.

Yes! We offer one-on-one lactation consultation in addition to our group Breastfeeding Session. WhatsApp us with your concern and we'll guide you.
