About This Session
If you are currently planning for a baby and have all these questions, this is the right session for you. Male health is equally important for a healthy baby โ I highly recommend both husband and wife attend together.
In this session, we broadly discuss the impacts of Nutrition and modern lifestyle changes on fertility. We explore various ways to increase your chances of conception in correlation with the ovulation and menstrual cycle โ and shine a light on common infertility problems with practical solutions.
The preconception period (3โ6 months prior to pregnancy) is the time to make life changes that can boost fertility, reduce problems during pregnancy, and assist in recovery from birth. This session helps you to start your parenting journey with Mindfulness.
