About This Session
If you are in your third trimester (5+ months) and need guidance on handling labor โ this session is for you. I especially recommend both husband and wife attend together. As a partner, knowing what your woman is going through means you can support her emotionally and physically as best as possible in labor.
When the mother is in labor, it's hard to think and make decisions in the moment. So preparation helps enormously. Women who were in control of their birth knew exactly what was going on around them and were able to make decisions โ that is exactly where I want you to be at the end of this session.
Informed decision making is very important for a mindful birthing experience and to avoid unnecessary cesareans and complications. In this session we ensure that everyone fully understands the entire process from false alarms to labor to childbirth.
"Preparation helps a lot. You will not feel lost. Women who are informed have more control over what happens โ and that is exactly where I want you to be."
